• Account information — email address, hashed password
• Player profile — name, Badminton Ireland membership number, grade
• Club membership — club affiliation and role
• Match results — scoresheets, fixtures, standings
• Publicly available tournament listings — player names, grades, club affiliations, and match results imported from publicly available tournament listings

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to manage the Cork Badminton league season, including team submissions, fixture scheduling, scoresheet recording, and standings calculation. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

• Consent — you choose to create an account and provide your information
• Contract — processing is necessary to facilitate your participation in the league
• Legitimate interest — league administration, maintaining accurate records, platform security, and importing publicly available tournament data

5. Data Storage

Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure within the European Union (AWS eu-west-1, Ireland). All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard encryption.

6. Data Retention

Account and profile data is retained while your account is active. Match results and historical records are retained for the integrity of league records. You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by contacting us.
